We are very experienced in the design and implementation of social housing / Housing Association projects.  We have previously been engaged with various Housing  Associations as Lead Consultant and have developed a  thorough understanding of the processes of procurement  and construction as well as the intense financial  constraints that these organisations currently face. We acutely understand that the design of social housing is  to be cost effective and must abide by guidelines set out in  the Housing for Varying Needs literature and specific  Association Design Guidelines. We employ the principles of BREEAM and EcoHomes   guidance in our designs to address the aspirations and  obligations in relation to sustainability and environmental  issues We have engaged with Police Architectural Liaison officers  to obtain Secure By Design Accreditation for  developments.
