1. INITIAL MEETING
First visit is free where we determine scope of project and assess general feasibility

2. PREPARE FEES & TERMS
Enspire will assess general fees and estimated costs for the project

3.  FEASIBILITY SKETCHES
Enspire will produce sketch proposals for a potential scheme for Client consideration.  3D modelling can also be produced to demonstrate the ideas

4. PLANNING APPLICATION
If Planning consent is required, Enspire will produce all information as required to make the planning application, including submission.  Involvement until decision obtained
 
5. BUILDING WARRANT APPLICATION
Enspire will produce all information as required to make the Building Warrant application, including technical details, liaison with 3rd parties etc

6. TENDERING PROCESS
If desired, Enspire can prepare a package of information from which we can obtain tenders for the work.  Where tenders received are too high, we can identify areas for cost savings and re-tender the revised works.

7. ON-SITE OPERATIONS
If desired, Enspire can act on Clients behalf on site and liaise with builder throughout the construction process

8. ARCHITECTURAL CERTIFICATION
Where involved in the site supervision process, we can produce Architectural Certification for lending purposes if required.
