Chartered Architects

ABOUT US

Enspire (Chartered) Architects has been trading for around 13 years.  We retain a small Practice with over 70 years combined experience in the architectural field.  We have aimed to keep the Practice small in order that we can minimise overheads and pass on reasonable fee rates to our Clients.  Our high levels of efficiency have allowed us to retain our small team over the years and our professional approach to projects has benefitted many Clients to date for projects large and small.

Being a small Practice has allowed us to develop close working and friendly relationships with our Clients.  We are always available to our Clients to meet, discuss matters over the telephone or email.

We provide architectural services from inception to completion for (mainly) residential developments, including flatted & detached/semi-detached / terraced housing unit projects for private and housing association developers.  We also provide services for commercial, retail and hotel/recreational premises (most notably the Meadowpark and Queens Hotels in Bridge of Allan, formerly owned and developed by our Associate).
